How accurate is the AI receipt scanning?
Very accurate for standard receipts. It handles rotated, crumpled, or low-quality images well. You can always edit any field before saving — you stay in control.
Does it work offline?
Recepttr is a PWA, so it installs on your phone like a native app. Internet is required to scan receipts and sync, but we're working on offline capture for a future release.
How do shared trips work?
Create a trip and invite others by email. Members can add expenses and see the shared total. The trip owner can manage members and edit trip details.
What currencies are supported?
The AI detects the currency from the receipt automatically. Any currency that appears on a receipt is supported — perfect for multi-country trips.
Is my receipt data private?
Yes. Your receipts and expenses are only visible to you and the people you invite to shared trips. We don't share or sell your data.
